About TSI

Get to know the voice of the students!

St. Clair Thames Students Inc. (TSI) is the voice of the students of St. Clair College, Chatham Campus. It is a corporation made up of a board of directors and general members drawn from full-time, fee-paying students at the college. TSI strives to provide students of Chatham Campus with an abundance of support, social, and advocacy services intended to enrich and complement their learning environment while at the school.

Financial support, in the form of bursaries, is made available for qualifying students through TSI. We are also very pleased to sponsor a food bank program designed to assist students in need. TSI also offers a comprehensive health insurance program for Chatham students. We encourage all students to become social stewards of our environment and are continually growing our Eco-friendly initiatives at the school. Furthermore, advocacy on behalf of our students takes on many forms, such as our assistance with the grade appeal process and much more.

Perhaps our presence is best felt through the wide-ranging schedule of events for students, faculty, and their families that we sponsor throughout the school terms. These social opportunities function as an opportunity to relax from the rigours of academic life and just have fun!

This corporation was founded in 1978 and remains an invaluable part of student life at Chatham Campus! The Directors of the Corporation are available to help students with various issues and offer their guidance to students whenever possible. TSI has up to eight Directors of the board at any given time as well as a part-time President and Vice-President, and one full-time Operations Manager. We are all available for student inquiries daily.

Please feel free to come and see us anytime! We want to make your experience at Chatham Campus the best it can be!
