St. Clair College Insurance Health Insurance Opt-Out Date

Do you have health coverage? If you didn’t before, you do now.

All full-time, domestic St. Clair College students pay into and are enrolled on a College health insurance plan.
You are covered for prescription drugs, dental care, vision care, emergency accidents, and even travel!
The plan covers the student by default, but there are options to add your family too.

Beginning September 1, 2021, students who already have health insurance and wish to opt-out of our health insurance plan may do so until September 30, 2021, at 4:00 pm.
This will only be available to a student during the first month of your coverage period so ensure you get your opt-out completed before the deadline passes.
Head to www.wespeakstudent.com, choose St. Clair College as your school, and click on the square that says “OPT-OUT.”
Complete the form, hit submit at the end, write down your confirmation number, and that’s it!

You’ll get a cheque or direct deposit 4-6 weeks after the deadline has passed.
